SEDULANG NASI AMBENG PENYAMBUT BULAN RAMADHAN

Alhamdulilah , malam tadi aku sempat juga menghadirkan diri ke Majlis Yassin Perdana anjuran Kejiranan Rukun Tetangga di kawasan rumah aku. Aku rasa ralat sangat sebab tak dapat bergotong-royong pada sebelah pagi sebabnya aku ada food review. Kalau ditanya masih ada lagi kah suasana jiran yang harmoni di bandar? Jawapan aku Ya! Ada dikawasan rumah aku. Aku rasa bersyukur sangat sebab makcik-makcik dekat sini sangat sporting.

Jadinya, sebagai menyambut bulan Ramadhan yang tinggal beberapa hari , kami sepakat untuk mengadakan Majlis Yassin Perdana. Acara majlis dimulakan selepas magrib membaca yassin , dan solat berjemaah Isyak dan sebagai penutup majlis kami dijamu dengan makan berdulang Nasi Ambeng. Nama pun orang Johor , mestilah makan Nasi Ambeng! Makan berdulang ni memang menjadi kebiasaan adat disini. 


Selain itu , kami juga dijamu dengan pencuci mulut seperti kurma , karipap serta murtabak. Ya Allah, aku rasa seronok sangat tengok makcik-makcik ni organize program untuk komuniti. Kebajikan terutama sekali bab makan memang paling power dan tip top. Komfom sedap dan siap boleh tapau bawak balik ke rumah. Hahaha. Tak lupa juga ade terselit bubur lambuk. 

Tapi, aku rasa sebak juga tadi bila part baca kan Al-Fatihah dan disebut nama satu satu jiran yang telah meninggal. Dan nama itu disebut.. Nama arwah ibu ku. Hmm.. Ibu! Semoga ibu bahagia disana okay.😪💛

Seronok sangat tengok ramai jiran-jiran berkumpul. Sempat aku bergambar dengan dua ketul , RinaSya! Iaitu The NF Generation.. Selamat menyambut bulan ramadhan! Semoga ramadhan kali ini memberikan rasa kesyukuran dan kebahagiaan buat umat Islam.🤗

Kelantan , satu negeri yang jauh terletak di pantai timur Malaysia. Aku yang tinggal di Johor Bahru memang terasa amat lah jauh untuk sampai ke sana. Iye la , aku ni kan duduk nun jauh di Selatan Malaysia. Bayangkan macam mana penatnya nak sampai ke sana dengan menaiki kereta . Fuh! Berapa kali berhenti , berapa ratus lagu mungkin aku duk nyanyi dalam kereta , berapa kali mengunyah dan telan makanan tu takyah cerita . Hahaha. 

Alhamdulilah , aku bersyukur sangat sebab aku diberikan peluang untuk sampai ke sana. Terima kasih Tourism Malaysia sudi membawa aku. Aku mengikuti trip ke Kelantan ini pada 12 April sehingga 14 April 2019. Sepanjang 3 hari 2 malam itu , kami dibawa berkunjung ke beberapa tempat yang memfokuskan kepada kesenian dan kebudayaan yang terdapat di Kelantan. Ape lagi , seorang yang bernama Farahain ini memang ler sangat teruja dan aku ni spesis manusia yang meminati bidang "art" . Pada aku tak semua orang nampak betapa berharga nya nila SENI itu.

Jadi , inilah dia 4 tempat yang wajib anda kujungi untuk mempelajari tentang kesenian dan kebudayaan yang terdapat di negeri Kelantan.

Ianya merupakan pusat untuk pengetahuan tradisional dan pemeliharaan warisan Melayu. Dekat sini kita boleh nampak ukiran kayu serta rumah yang telah beratus tahun masih dipelihara. Bukan itu sahaja, yang paling menarik perhatian dan minat aku ialah kita juga dapat mempelajari sejarah keris. Bagaimana keris itu diukir , kenapa bentuk nya begitu serta siapa tuan punya keris. Keris merupakan senjata kebanggaan orang Melayu. Keris itu lambang keperibadian sang pemilik. Sebab itu la betapa uniknya alat senjata Keris ini. Aku paling syok dengar tentang kisah kisah keris , tapi jangan dilupakan juga disini juga korang boleh mempelajari tentang ukiran kayu. Orang dulu-dulu kan kalau bina rumah kemain kukuh betul kan.

WOW! Ini perkataan pertama yang terdetik di hati aku. Iye memang kita tak nafikan , menonton wayang ber alaskan kerusi empuk dan suasana sejuk beku air cond itu memberikan keselesaan. Tapi , jangan lah dibandingkan dengan persembahan secara terbuka di sini. Masa aku tiba disini , aku terlepas persembahan wayang kulit. Aku dapat lihat persembahan makyung je. Jujurnya , walaupun aku tak berapa nak faham sangat loghat ore kelate , namun persembahan itu mampu memberikan satu pengalaman yang indah buat aku. Tergelak dan terhibur juga menyaksikan aksi serta lawak jenaka yang dilakonkan. Oh ya, aku diberitahu persembahan terbuka di sini masih baru dibuka kepada semua orang awam. Pada masa aku datang berkunjung tu ,  kemain ramai ore Kelate bawa anak bini dan kawan-kawan.

Apabila melangkah kan kaki ke sini , soalan yang pertama terlintas di hati ialah macam mana ler nak mendesign tu.. Iyela , benda ni perlukan kreativiti. Semestinya aku memang sangat cemburu dan iri hati kepada orang yang pandai mendesign serta pandai melukis ni. Sebab apa? Sebabnya aku ni paling tak reti melukis. Dulu , subjek pendidikan seni adalah subjek yang stress bagi aku bila bab melukis. Aku memang tak pandai melukis , apatah lagi kalau main teka teki yang melibatkan lukis melukis ni. Jadinya bila sampai je kesini , tempat pertama yang aku nak tengok ialah mana orang yang tukang lukis tu. Hahaha. Sebab aku nak usha macam mana ler dia dapat ilham kan.

Terperanjat aku bila tengok pakcik rupanya yang melukis. Kau tengok dalam gambar tu.. Biasa je orangnya kan. Pasti anak dia bangga , dekat sekolah cikgu tanya bapak awak kerja ape? "Bapak saya ler yang lukis batek dekat baju yag cikgu pakai tuu". Hahaha. Kau rasa? Terdiam cikgu terus. Okay done merapu!  Disini terdapat beberapa station ataupun tempat menghasilkan batek dari kosong sampai ler siap. Oh ya , Asni Batek ni juga mempunyai dua jenis batik iaitu batik canting dan juga batik tekap. Nampak macam senang je kan batik tekap tu , silap tekap habis rosak coraknya.

 JOHOR BAHRU, 30 APRIL 2019 ─ Boat Noodle today officially opened its fourth outlet at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey Johor Bahru, a new shopping district of vibrant lifestyle and amenity-rich community in the heart of Johor. The launch then followed by a food demonstration by Boat Noodle in an interactive session with the audience. The new menu called the Ratchada Dulang is created in conjunction with the Ramadan festivities. The themed menu highlights the dishes’ abundance of unique flavours to compliment the varieties of Thai boat noodles such as Ayutthaya & Pathumthani.

Reminiscent to the unique experience of feasting in a busy market atop rusted train tracks, the Ratchada Dulang menu aims to promote the harmonious expression of eating together, Muslims and Non-Muslims alike.

 The menu features the Ratchada Dulang, a large dish consisting of crispy fried Soi Polo chicken, papaya som tum, enoki mushrooms, wonton, meatballs (chicken or beef), fresh Thai ulam, Ratchada rice and two dipping sauces; pulut rice and the Bangkok sauce.

 The Dulang is available for order in all outlets from 3rd May 2019 until 7th June 2019 and includes takeaways for customers who wish to share this meal for breakfast in the comfort of their own homes. The Ratchada Dulang is priced from RM35.90.

Last but not least, the More-eh special features a 15% discount for Boat Noodle’s tasty chicken wings and Sangkayaa (decadent bread with Thai pandan and custard) at selected outlets which will be opened till 12 am for the supper crowd after Terawih prayers.

Menggamit kenangan zaman kanak-kanak kita! Itu yang terlintas di fikiran aku sewaktu melangkah kaki masuk ke kopitiam ini. Melihat menu-menu yang disediakan mampu buat aku senyum kegembiraan. Kerana pada aku , tempat makan bukan hanya sekadar dapat menghilangkan rasa lapar , tetapi ianya juga dapat menyatukan rasa bahagia bersama keluarga dan yang tersayang. Kopitiam ini bukan lah kopitiam yang biasa-biasa kita tengok.

Kenapa? Jarang sekali aku melihat kopitiam menghidangkan ais kepal! Selalu orang datang semestinya mahu mengopi sahaja. Hahaha. Itu matlamat utama kebiasaan orang datang ke kopitiam. Tapi , kopitiam ini special betul. Menghidangkan ais kepal mampu menyejukkan tekak serta dapat memberikan kegembiraan kepada kanak-kanak. Ini secara tak langsung dapat menghilangkan rasa stress mak-mak kerana anak-anak tak nak minum 'air orang tua' . Hahaha. 

Yelah , air orang tua mana ada kanak-kanak suka. Mungkin ada , tapi jarang- jarang kita lihat kanak-kanak suka minum kopi. Tapi , cuba beri mereka dengan ais kepal yang berwarna-warni serta pelbagai rasa tu.. Komfom terus ceria memanjang.

Selain itu , untuk bulan Ramadhan ini juga terdapat beberapa menu yang disajikan antaranya ialah Nasi Ambeng! Ini menu kebanggaan orang Johor. Boleh dikatakan Nasi Ambeng ni memang menu wajib ada untuk orang Johor. Ditambah lagi dengan waktu berpuasa. Mak oi , time tu la ikan kering pun kita nampak sedap giler! Hahaha.

Kepelbagaian menu yang disajikan di The Straits Kopitiam ini mampu membuatkan pengujung yang datang kesini berpuas hati. Sebab itu aku katakan kopitiam ini bukan biasa-biasa! Terliur bukan melihat gambar-gambar makanan yang ada di sini?! Apa tunggu lagi , simpan entri ini dan kongsikan bersama kawan-kawan dan keluarga anda. Pagi ini hari yang memenatkan untuk aku. Semalam seharian aku penuh dengan event pagi sampai ke malam sampaikan aku malas gila nak angkat kepala pagi ini. Sampai semalam aku sendiri tak sedar pukul berapa aku tertidur. Begitu dasyat sekali aku yang kepenatan. Bila kepenatan dah mula menguasai diri , mula lah semuanya jadi MALAS! Semuanya jadi MERIMASKAN dan paling aku tak suka bila datang satu perasaan ini. Perasaan nak GIVE UP dari semua yang aku sedang kerjakan. 

Pagi ini juga aku hampir tarik diri dari melaksanakan beberapa job sebab aku PENAT sangat! Tapi , bila dapat kata-kata semangat dari Sis Lin , "buat lah Ain pelan -pelan ..." Aku terus rasa nak menitik air mata , aku ni memang cepat give up kan. Tapi bila dapat kata-kata semangat dari orang yang percaya aku boleh , terus aku siapkan!.

Hati ini masih lagi berat nak siapkan kerja disebabkan oleh hari ini HARI PEKERJA! Gila apa orang syok-syok bercuti aku dok sibuk depan laptop menyelesaikan kerja-kerja. Gila sangat! Sampailah aku terjumpa satu video ini. Video ini memgubah terus mood aku yang sememangnya kelaut sungguh! Aku rasa aku ni MANUSIA TAK BERSYUKUR! 

Dahla aku ni TAK CACAT , kaki tangan semua cukup tapi LEMAK sangat, bila kerja yang susah-susah terus malas dan rasa cepat give up! Ish , tak boleh jadi ni... Ain kau nak berjaya kan...kau tengok video ni..kau ingat sehari kalau dia give up , dia boleh ke capai apa yang dia ada sekarang? TAK KAN.

Aku melihat ramai yg malas untuk ubah hidup sendiri  , ramai yg suke bg bermacam alasan bile bekerja, ramai yg cepat giveup bile ade cabaran !! Ramai cube memilih untuk kerja senang , taknak susah , lebih memilih kehidupan susah tanpa usaha dengan kuat , sanggup berhenti kerja dan mengangur bertahun2 atas dasar ego boleh bergerak sendiri dan sanggup melihat keluarga dan org sekeliling susah, Paling terkesan nak bg duit mak dan ayah, family pun tak mampu ... Aku sedih !!! Terdetik keinginan aku untuk bantu mereka ...  Jadi aku bangkit!!! Aku cuba buktikan pada masyarakat the best kehidupan adalah atas dasar bersyukur .. bersyukur dengan nikmat yg allah beri dan jangan sia2 kan , aku bangkit untuk beri manfaat pada org lain . Aku nak satu dunia nampak hanya 3 jari dan satu akal aku dpt melihat kegembiraan , senyuman ramai org2 disekeliling aku ..  Kini aku sedar .. untuk berjaya dlm kehidupan , pekerjaan , mahupun bisnes bukan mudah . Tetapi atas keinginan yg kuat , kasih syg yg hebat , keberanian yg tinggi , suka berlajar dan improve diri , dan juga seorang yg berkomitmen tinggi membawa aku ketahap sekarang .. Dan semua value yg ade dlm diri aku akan aku bawakan kedalam semua team aku dan masyarakat untuk mereka bangkit , bersemangat , dan berjaya !!! Akhir kata ... kalau aku ada 3 jari dan akal mampu membina kehidupan sendiri dan kebahagiaan org sekeliling .. anda ade berapa jari untuk ubah kehidupan??
